California Firm Charged for Violation
By Eden Ali | September 4, 2007
A California firm called EL Centro have been charge a payment of $9,027 for violating the law. The federal asbestos violation is a strict measure of telling illegal asbestos users to stop their illegal act.
The firm was actually charged for breaking down a structure without getting permission from the United State Environmental Protection Agency. This permission is required by the federal clean air act asbestos regulations.
The violation of these laws are not good, and it affects the general people in a way. Mesothelioma patients are to be carefully placed under treatments. Mesothelioma treatments are very aggressive. They involve different procedures, such as curative, palliative, and others. All these mesothelioma treatments gives mesothelioma patients a mind that there is a level of improvement that can be made in a their lives.
In the demolition of building, asbestos particles must be thoroughly and properly reduced. If this is not done, the particles of asbestos will be released into the atmosphere, and when it is inhaled, victims around there are liable to have mesothelioma cancers. The effect of this inhalation cannot be seen until after many decades.
Many have been put in danger because of many of such asbestos releases, and their lives have been endangered. In many of such case, mesothelioma patients can never identify the cause of the exposure. This will then affect their ability to file suit against such people.
Appropriate measures are to be taken whenever a demolitions are to be made, in order to prevent the exposure of asbestos into the atmosphere. This is a precautionary way of reducing the inhalation of asbestos, and automatically reducing mesothelioma and other cancer related diseases.
